By installing, accessing, or using FlowLane (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated by ArystoTech Software & AI Systems Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArystoTech Software & AI Systems Ltd.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.
FlowLane is a personal Kanban board available as a browser extension for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Vivaldi, and as a web application. The Service is offered under a freemium model:

A user account is required only to access Premium Tier features. You may sign in using Google authentication via your browser's identity API, or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for:

Premium access is billed on a monthly or annual basis at the rates displayed on the pricing page. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from within the FlowLane extension or web app. Upon cancellation:
Note: We do not issue refunds for unused subscription time. When you cancel, you retain Premium access until your plan expires, then seamlessly continue on the Free Tier.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, Paddle will retry according to its standard dunning schedule. If payment remains outstanding, your subscription may be suspended and your account downgraded to the Free Tier.

The FlowLane name, logo, software, source code, and all associated content are the exclusive property of ArystoTech Software & AI Systems Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of all content and data you create within the Service ("Your Data"). By storing Your Data on our servers (Premium Tier), you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your data is yours. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising. Please review our Privacy Policy for a full explanation of what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. The Service provides JSON and CSV export functionality for this purpose.
Upon account deletion, we will delete Your Data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARYSTOTECH SOFTWARE & AI SERVICES LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArystoTech Software & AI Systems Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or by email (if you have an account with us).
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which ArystoTech Software & AI Systems Ltd. is registered, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
